Jay won an honorable mention in the 6-8 year old category of our newspaper’s Christmas drawing contest. We just found out a couple of days ago because we don’t subscribe to it, but it sure was big news when we heard!
I wish I would have scanned the picture before she sent it off, but I did take a couple of photos at least.

P, can you give me the name of the book she is learning from. My, you can not make me do art boy, is wanting now to take arts at school (next year) so he does need something to go on. It looks like an awesome book.
